By completing this form, I, the hirer and organiser, agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The venue space of shallwedance.sg at 23 Kampong Bahru #04-04 Singapore 169349
- In the interest of the venue owner, hirer, organisers and guests, CCTV devices are employed.
- The hirer as mentioned in the above details agree to reinstate the space as per rented and keep all items as they are, the hirer will be responsible for the damage, loss or theft of the items loaned
- shallwedance.sg does not accept responsibility and expressly excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for: any loss or damage to any personal property left unattended during an event organised by the shallwedance.sg unless caused by the negligence of shallwedance.sg or its representatives; or death or any personal injury suffered by you at a shallwedance.sg event unless caused by the negligence of shallwedance.sg or its employees and or volunteers.
- shallwedance.sg has a strict no-refund policy, any refund and or postponement request will be processed in writing and is at the discretion of the principal instructors and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- In the unlikely occurrence, due to Act of God or Force Majeure, that any shallwedance.sg venue rental have to be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of shallwedance.sg, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the event attendee.
